Return POLICY

1. Estelin.pk is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your cosmetic purchase, you may request a return within 8 days of receiving the product.
2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Complain@estelin.pk and provide your order details.
3. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
4. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund with in (0311) 3875938 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
